A JOURNEY IN LOANO

This
is the map with the way
to get to Loano. We went to Loano in November. We stayed there for five days. |

We
went by train. It took us three hours (from 9:05 to 12:20 a.m.).
Loano is in Liguria Region. It is near the sea-side and near the mountains, too. |

So
we could study different habits at the same time. In this picture, for
example we are observing the sea-side.
In this way we had different lessons, not in school but exploring and discovering the area. And we could live together for a week! |

SEA-SIDE BIOLOGY ACTIVITIES On
the beach we searched, fishes, shells, seaweeds. Then we examined then
and we tried to build a sea bed |

VISIT TO BORGIO VEREZZI and TOIRANO NATURAL CAVES We
saw stalagmites and stalactites many limestone formations with different
and nice shapes (ex a castle; a crib; bacon). |

learnt that each plant or tree or flower needs different sun-light,
water and compost. |
